About the author
Monica Jonsson pioneered the corporate coaching sector in Luxembourg and is founder of the country’s first and leading coaching practice, CoachDynamix (2003). With more than 80 client companies spanning a diversity of industries, she has a profound insight into the comprehensive range of issues companies face in an ever-changing global business landscape.
Monica is an accredited Master Coach (IAPC&M), has a master’s in NLP and has trained in systemic coaching and constellations, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, group mastery, clean language and transpersonal coaching.
When starting out as a corporate coach in the early 2000s, she quickly discovered that there was no all-inclusive coaching handbook to help executives gain a good level of context and content for recurring soft skills topics such as leadership, emotional intelligence and effective communication.
