Group Coaching

Group Coaching workshops are for groups that are not necessarily a team. These workshops are customised to the specific objectives of each group/organisation taking into account their business goals, culture and values. They are designed to increase awareness through introduction of useful concepts, be highly interactive through experiential learning, draw on the exchange and wisdom of the group as well as to give structure, time for reflection, support, cultivate empowerment and proactivity. The group works together to implement identified initiatives with the aim to create positive and lasting change.

Coaching typically happens in more than one meeting, learning takes place over time and involves coming together on more than one occasion. This gives the group the opportunity for on-going reflection and to build and follow-up on previous learning. Individual coaching sessions and/or group work are options that can be included in between the workshop sessions.

This longer-term perspective that includes in-between session work/implementation explains why the coaching approach leads to lasting results as opposed to one-off traditional training.

Popular topics on Demand include:

  • Effective Communication (multi-cultural, influencing, listening, perception, etc.).

  • Effective Collaboration (teaming, independence vs. interdependence, etc.).
  • Diversity and Inclusion.
  • External Facilitation (e.g. offsite away-day).
